Normally scheduled for the third week-end of October and running 4 days
starting on the Thursday evening before that week-end.

The Georgia State Service Assembly is conducted 3 times a year, usually on the third week-end in the months of January, May, and September. The Assembly runs for 3 days starting Friday with an Open Discussion Meeting . Saturday morning 10 AM starts the business of the Service Assembly. The Georgia State Service Assembly is held at the Ramada Plaza Hotel in Macon. The Agenda Should be Posted One Month before Assembly.
Make reservations more than 2 weeks in advance and remember to specify "GSSA" to get the Assembly's block room rate. Cut-Off for our block of rooms is Thursday.
